The purpose of these obligations is to respect for the law, equality, and inclusion to everyone, in order to guarantee non-discrimination on any grounds. Management is taken with implementing, reviewing, and updating these obligations.

Under this policy, all employees have an individual responsibility to ensure equal opportunity and non-discrimination, to report any suspected or alleged discriminatory practices, and to refrain from harassing or intimidating other employees, customers, or visitors on any of the grounds listed in this Policy.
